(SEPEEG) conference is an annual meeting bringing together researchers interested in ecology and evolutionary biology from around the southeastern United States. This year, the conference was organized by Emory's PBEE program and was held October 16th - 18th at the beautiful Wahsega 4H Center near Dahlonega, GA. More than 80 ecological and evolutionary biologists (see pic above) braved cold weather to participate in the platform and poster sessions and to hike around the Chattahoochee National Forest. See the SEPEEG website for more information about the meeting. 2009 Conferences Southeastern Ecology and Evolution Conference Drosophila American Society for Microbiology Ecology and Evolution of Infectious Diseases Conference Society for Molecular Biology and Evolution Evolution American Society of Mammalogists Guarda workshop in Evolutionary Biology International Congress on Symbiosis Workshop on Molecular Evolution International Wildlife Disease Association Conference Ecological Society of America DIVERSITAS Open Science Conference American Society of Human Genetics Meeting Epidemics- Conference on Infectious Disease dynamics
