How does one deal with such an excruciating public loss? Dr. Seth Norrholm teaches psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Emory School of Medicine, and he specializes in fear and anxiety. He offered advice on how both candidates and their supporters can grapple with losing. He also says the emotions tied to an election loss can be similar to those involved in grief.
