G.I.V.E. was back at the Compost Demonstration Garden at Fernbank Science Center (FSC) this Saturday, October 18, for some harvesting and planting. FSC is dedicated to improving STEM education for the children of the DeKalb County School District, and our volunteering helps to maintain and update the gardens and compost demonstrations and exhibits that teach sustainability, gardening methods, and many aspects of the biological sciences.
